Be sure to start the process of obtaining your visa as soon as possible. You will most likely need to set up an appointment at the ambassy, which can take some time. In case you will need supporting documents provided by IAESTE Slovakia, keep in mind that depending on the type of document, it could take from one week to three months.

Documents we can provide:
Proof of accomodation
If your accomodation type is a dormitory, we can provide you with proof of accomodation. Otherwise, if you are obtaining accomodation yourself (e.g.: Airbnb), we are not able to provide you with proof of accomodation.
Invitation letter
- from IAESTE – we can provide you with invitation letter from IAESTE or from your future employer quickly.
- from Ministry of Interior – obtaining invitation letter from the Ministry can take up to three months.
