necessary documents)
All trainees in Slovakia must have adequate insurance coverage for accidents,
illness, disability, death and liability. You must prove to your employer that you
have such coverage before the beginning of your traineeship. The insurance
company and number of insurance receipt must also be included in the N-5/b
